Turnaround Time

On average, most requests are completed in just 2 days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer. 24-hour communication turnaround time, average 48-hour delivery time.

Social Media Scheduling Turnaround

We schedule out a month or two in advance, depending on how long your subscription is. This work may take longer than our usual 24/48 hr turnaround time. Each post is equivalent to one request.

Starting a subscription with Social Media Management

Because we are dealing with social media strategy, we require a 3 month term to start. We like to plan and learn what works and what does not and go from there. Doing 3 months helps us create a strategic plan that we can get from creating data. After, we go month to month.

Limit to the number of requests

Requests will be handled one-by-one, but you can request as many things as you want. If your subscription ends, we will finish the current request, and the subscription will need to renew for any other work to continue.

Handling Large Requests

We’ll break down the request into smaller ones on our end and communicate with you as we work on the smaller requests.

Cancelation Policy

Cancel or pause anytime, but we require a 2 week notice to cancel for the upcoming month.

If You Don’t Like The Designs

It happens, we’ll redo it until you are satisfied.

Trial Period

Try us for a week. If you’re not loving us after a week, you’ll get 75% back, no questions asked.
